Great service! They helpfully loaded up a few service needs and recalls together so I didn’t need to come in multiple times, and then they went over and above to satisfy another issue. I bought the truck there, and even though I live in Nelson, I’ll make the trip to Trail for service with these folks!

First time buying from a dealership. Ken, Miranda and Sarah as well as the rest of the crew gave me 11/10 service. This experience was big for me and I felt right at home. Huge thank you to the amazing people at Kootenay Chrysler. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was pleased in particular with Miranda, the salesperson who brokered the deal as she was quick to respond to my questions and make sure I had the vehicle that meets my needs.
