Super friendly, welcoming staff. They were knowledgable and helpful putting my car buying experience first. Highly recommend this dealership. Easy to find and have a good selection on their lot or are willing to bring in preferred cars from one of their other locations. Paul was awesome! Got back to me quick and answered all of my questions.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sold a used car by Korf Fort Morgan which they claimed to have "Detailed" before it was delivered to me. After delivery I noticed this massive rodent infestation in the rear seats of the vehicle. The odor was initially masked by the copious amounts of "odor-control" products placed in the back seat of the truck. Complete bio hazard and the rear seats are toast. They definitely knew about the infestation and covered it up in order to sell the vehicle. Attempts at contacting KORF to remedy the situation were met with indifference and I'll now have to go to regulatory authorities to pursue a just resolution. EDIT: The lies and deception continue. You have not responded privately to any of my emails attempting to come to a resolution. You never offered any pickup option for the vehicle. Absolutely none of this is true.

Had a seamless experience at Korf in FORT MORGAN, I’d like to be clear about that. Jacque was my “car concierge” and gave me the singular best shopping as well as buying experience I’ve had in about 30 years! A handshake DOES mean something here and they’ve earned my business for as long as I’m in a 500 mile radius. lol I felt special, I felt cared for as in friendship, I felt genuine concern for my safety and most especially that I would get a good deal. I felt as if this dealership, especially the manager, Jacque, and staff spent the time that it took, and made the effort, to get me in this car and I’m beyond thankful and blessed. THANK YOU FORT MORGAN KORF!!

Nothing wrong with the dealership everybody else was super nice, I just didn’t like how pressured I felt about getting this truck with Joshua. I was already pre-approved with another bank but he said that MAYBE he would find me a better deal through them (that he didn’t), so I just decided to say no because the truck had a lot of details that I would have to fix if I got it (windshield was broken, it had hail damage, the paint wasn’t on its best conditions and just some other small things), after I said no he just kept pressuring me, I get that they do that at dealers but I just would never even think about going back because it got to a point where I just got annoyed. Again nothing against the dealership, I just didn’t feel comfortable with him.

I am a driver that delivered a vehicle there, called store, general manager Tony and other contacts that were provided for drop off nobody answered several times during the day to receive instructions for drop off. Showed up, huge construction all around the store and nowhere to park with no-one to answer the phone either to figure out the drop. Finally after reaching at least someone was told to meet at off lot. Was waiting there for almost an hour gor someone to get the vehicle. I understand that everyone is busy but it is an hour of my life and hours of service im not getting back. Don’t waste your time coming here.
