Korum Lincoln

I was greeted by Jamie with the sort of warmth usually reserved for dive bar regulars, while the retired Lincoln Sales turned valet, a man who could moonlight as a comfort sommelier, shared wisdom and car-lore for ten whole minutes which was honestly better than therapy. The service center is a curated mashup of clean, modern lines and lounge-worthy seating, creating a vibe that could make Capitol Hill’s trendiest coffee shops jealous. A snack table parade boasting teas, coffee, and cold drinks had me rethinking all future oil changes; there’s a central lounge and side nooks sprinkled for introverts or accidental Zoom calls. Maintenance and new brakes were smooth, but the high point was feeling like a regular even on my first visit.

This is probably more like 4.5 stars, but I figured I would round it up. We didn't end up purchasing from this dealership, but we did have a good experience here. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Environment was calm, welcoming, and felt like a luxury car dealership. The sales team wasn't pushy, but I felt like they wanted my business. It was great meeting the sales manager, Paul, before any process began. They did have an excellent price for the Nautilus I had my eye on, I just took action too slow. I would recommend and who knows, might still secure a vehicle from here. At minimum, I plan on using their service department in the future.

As i sit here in the showroom getting my oil changed on my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label, I realized I have been meaning to write a review for TWO years, and have not yet done so. The entire experience through the lease process was first class, truly. Trisha was my salesperson and she was magnificent! No pressure, no pushy sales tactics. Just high-level knowledge, patience, and kindness. Fast forward two years, I LOVE, love, love my Lincoln still. I get compliments everywhere I go, and it dirves like a dream. It is seriously the most comfortable car I have ever owned. And the infotainment system is like sitting inside a spaceship! I highly recommend Korum, Trisha, Jamie, and the whole crew!

When we walked into Korum Lincoln we were met by the face of the dealership, Frankie, our salesperson. We could not have been in better hands. Frankie was very friendly and very polite. When it came to questions he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. You could tell he had high regard for the quality of the Lincoln and the quality of the dealership. By this time we had fallen in love with the Lincoln Aviator. On delivery day we were greeted by Frankie. I think he was just as excited as we were when he took us to the delivery bay. And there she was just as beautiful as could be, our new car. Frankie gave us a great presentation. He helped us get everything set up and it all was seamless. We are so happy we chose Korum Lincoln and even better had a salesperson like Frankie. He took our experience to the highest level. I was walked over by the Ford dealership and introduced. The sales person answered all my questions and was very friendly. He did a great job explaining options. We went through the different options available and then drove a car. I was impressed with the difference between the Ford and Lincoln models. There is an obvious step up in luxury. Had my Navigator a few days now and very happy.
