I have had my 2024 ram 2500 worked on several times at the service department and each time I had to send it back for the same reason it was just worked. Mostly all trim work and seals keep falling off even when they were glued back on. When the truck was purchased it didn’t even have a jack to change a flat. I let them know and what I got under my seat was a used rusty jack and tire irons that looked as if it was drug down the road. I bought the truck new with the tow package and I asked where the ball for the gooseneck was and the pucks I was told they were behind the back seat. The only thing there was the plastic covers. Other than that the sales department was good. I was in and out in about an hour when I purchased it.

The best of the best dealership. I took my car in as we were having several issues with it and the service department has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us and get to the bottom of what the issue(s) were and figured it out. Greg (Service Advisor) and Kory (Owner) have been outstanding and I could not ask for a better experience and care.
