Don’t buy a car or take your car in for repairs here, the staff doesn’t care about you or your vehicle. We brought a new 4 runner with custom wheels from Orland Toyota. Taking the vehicle in for the first oil change and tire rotation it was assumed that they would have to tools to rotate the tires instead the mechanic was caught rummaging through our truck looking for a socket. When we got the vehicle back after service the center caps on the wheels were over tightened and would no longer stay screwed into the wheel. The dealership had us bring the vehicle back multiple times and worked on all four wheels over the course of a year and a half. The owner of the company decided that at the most they would cover half of the damage they caused because the documentation only referenced two wheels being bad. He has been told that all four were bad multiple times. The company is rotten from the top, don’t buy from them. I would have given zero stars if possible.

I like the Kowalis Auto Group. An employer was helpful with when I needed brakes, change oil, etc. I was very happy that I had car wash. It looked very clean and shiny.
