We were about four hours from home with trouble with our rental and we were hauling some heavy equipment home. Our rental company tried to send us hours away, but I knew the local Chevy dealership would come to our rescue & Man did they!! It might have taken them two hours to get us back on the road, but it was not planned and they don’t only took good care of us, but they took good care of our dogs that were with us as well! I know my grandpa did business with you for years and now I know why. I’m a granddaughter from the Augustine and son’s farm and there is nothing like good, Midwestern folks to help you out!! Thank you so much for taking good care of us as well as all your locals in town!! People forget how great America is, just go visit some small towns & restore your hope for humanity again.

I wish there was an option to give negative stars for this place!!! Traded in a truck that ran great for a family vehicle, for my son that is getting ready to have a baby. Sales man told me that it was a great vehicle, transmission went out on it not even having it a month!!!!! Forget trying to get them to call you back cause it won’t happen!!! Sold my husband a truck that had a recall on it. Had to have the new truck towed Don’t waste your time like I did with this place, save your self the headache

Quoted $400 cost $1,100. Said truck was ready. We get there and one of the parts is on top of the cab. $1,100 to not fix the problem. Still doing the same thing.

What an awesome experience at a dealership great customer service no beating around the bush. My sales person Alex rocked it like a true rockstar. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service.

Have used Kraig for service a few times and have been quite satisfied. Service personnel are friendly, competent and handle tasks professionally. I would suggest that front office, public-facing staff clean up the language used in their area. Frequent f-bombs dropping in presence of customers isn't appropriate for a business.
