Because of one of your employees flying down my street in a Krumland auto group vehicle my emotional support dog was ran over!! We're completely heartbroken. She was a part of our family!!!

I am giving them a negative star review due to our experience with Hundai. We bought a truck with the engine light on and were assured it just needed to be reset after a oil change. That was actually not true. We took it back in three times for them to diagnose it and they didn't even look at. In the meantime we were asking about our tags and getting the run around! We finally took the truck to Richland Motors, who diagnosed it, ordered the part and repaired it. Then we are hit with another doozy when we are told the warranty we purchased which supposedly included electrical was not going to cover it. So now we are out $565.00 in repairs. Oh and did I mention we ended up having to go to the DMV and get our own tags?

Brought my wife's car in for some AC issues back in July. The AC would not go from defrost to the regular vents. After they took it apart they told me the part on a 2012 Corvette was no longer made and gave no other suggestions. I Called AC Delco myself and found that they stopped making them. So I went out and found one from a company in Michigan. I took the part to them and a week later they said it was ready. Picked it up and had to be jumped dead battery, I drove it off the lot and brought it right back still only blowing thru the defrost. So I left again a week later after going back in they said something else in the cars AC System is not turning but they could not tell me what it was. So they had there Corvette Tech go further with the same result, they said it was ready drove it off they lot and same thing AC only thru Defrost. We took it back in and was ignored by the Service Manager and the Service Writer was on the phone. The Service Manager finally Acknowledge us and asked what was wrong we explained that the car has been there almost two months and the car is still like when we brought it in. Mind You I have already paid $1400.00 and nothing. Also while it was on their back lot waiting and waiting it got hit. Were also informed that while the Tech was supposed to be working on it they put other jobs in front of ours. Then my wife called on the 18th of Sept and the Service Manager told her it was being worked on and that he would call her back on Friday and let her know the progress. No Call back from anyone. So today I went to talk to the Service Manager and the Tech and they are both not there today. It has been three months and they have gotten paid and sat on the car and it is no better then when I brought it in. The other sad note I have a deal working with Johnathan is sales for a new truck but I have pulled the deal. We are very unhappy very unsatisfied with the Service Department and how we have been treated. I have had to call and go in because no one at the Service Department want to take ownership of this mess.

Sold us a truck at 12k and when we went to trade it in MONTHS after the purchase they valued it at 5k plus wanted 2k down. Business as usual at Krumyland.

I've bought 2 cars from krumland horrible experiences on both accounts at different dealerships these guys will screw you take the time to go out of town I sure fo wish I did
