I have been doing business with Krystal for a long time and have bought multiple new cars and trucks with them. My most recent purchase was a lease. I had a horrible experience. The new car was towed multiple times and had issues non stop. I was told there is nothing they can do and I was out of luck. I returned the lease early due to the car having issues. I was then penalized for turning in a car that didn’t work properly. I was extremely disappointed with my salesman Tyler and his lack of help over the 2 year process. I strongly recommend going to a dealer who will help you with issues and not constantly try to get you to roll over debt in a car to buy a new one instead of solving the issue with your current new car. Very disappointing the company has gone down hill so much the last few years.

Jamie and Krystal were great to work with. There was no high pressure or pushed agenda. It was a fairly straightforward process. Even when there was an issue that needed attention, they did not question nor hesitate to refer to their quick and knowledgeable service crew. The service department fixed the issue quickly and we were on our merry way with our newly purchased car. I recommend Krystal highly.

Truly different kind of a dealership! It is like you are dealing with friends. No pushing whatsoever, just education and advice. Jamie was out sales guy, he was fantastic and patient, so was the finance guy, and everyone really. Most importantly, my wife loves her Jeep Willy's and the sky top 1-touch :)
