Excellant customer service! Our salesperson, Zach Scullin was very thorough and easy to work with. He arranged to have the car we wanted delivered from the Columbiana location to the Boardman dealership. Adam Yossef in the finace department made the entire financing process smooth and stress-free.

I had a fifth wheel kit installed on my new truck at this dealership, and the experience was very disappointing. The holes cut into the truck bed were significantly misaligned, to the point that the beauty rings do not cover them. It appears that required measurement checks in the installation kit were not followed. Additionally, the exposed metal from the cuts was not deburred or treated, which raises concerns about corrosion and long-term damage to the bed. When I brought this up, the dealership declined to replace or properly repair the damaged bed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend having this type of work done here nor would i recommend doing any business here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Besides the owner who actually has a decent attitude and hospitality. Had my vehicle Jeep Compass for an ENGINE REPLACEMENT for over 1 month and when I got it back now it’s making a loud screeching noise that it has never made before! When you approach them about your vehicle they’ll give sass, be rude, and make excuses! They’ll Charge extra to release your vehicle and after it’s all said and done If something appears noticeably wrong with your car they’ll somehow find a way to not be at fault, act unaware, and not try to fix the issue or meet the needs of customer satisfaction after they’ve already been paid! So Now I’m stuck having to make additional repairs and come out of pocket again to fix a car that should be perfectly fine!

I called the dealership regarding a warranty issue regarding a vehicle I had just purchased. The entire team went over and beyond to make sure that my experience was positive. They not only got my car in, in a timley manner but also got the work done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Kufleitner Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Boardman!!!
