Kunes Apple Valley Buick GMC

I had an issue that my 4wheel steer needed service. Had a diagnostic done, determined that a mouse best had been next to a wiring harness. They wanted to replace the whole harness. I declined and spliced wires back together myself and it is working fine. I gave it 2 stars because they found the problem but not more because of the ridiculous upcharge they wanted to do.

Had a great experience with the service department. The team was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. My vehicle was serviced quickly, communication was excellent, and I felt confident that everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend!

Dennis was so knowledgeable about the Buick that I was interested in, that I made my purchase that first day instead of just doing the test drive! He answered my many questions and made me feel very comfortable with my choice of vehicle and the dealership. Preston and Charlie also made my experience a great one at Kunes in Apple Valley that day. Kunes is definitely my new dealership of choice and I plan to have a long relationship with them.

Jake our salesman did a great job of answering questions for us as we compared two different vehicles to see which on we would preffer. He was also so great at answering all questions we had and he knew the vehichels well. Charlie who does the financing was also so very helpful and did a great job of working with us in doing all of the paperwork. A dealer trade had to be done to get us the color we wanted and that all went great and we had the vehicle in just a few days. All of the staff we encountered and worked with were so friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience.

The service I received was done efficiently and quickly. The intake process was very good. The staff was friendly. I go to three different dealerships for service depending on the vehicle I am having serviced. The one I rate the highest is a Chevy dealer in a different/small town. The service received is comparable and so is the price. The 5 Star service dealer receives the highest rating because 1.) they always run the vehicle through the car was before returning. And 2.) they have free snacks (popcorn, granola bars, apples, bananas) rather than having one of those spendy vending machines where you have to purchase something if you want something. They do have free coffee but so does every other service place I have gone to. Not a deal breaker and I keep going back. But it puts it just below the five star baseline for me.
