We told him our story about how we were in need of a big SUV because ours was recently involved in a hit-and-run accident by a drunk driver. I was very happy with the transaction. The only complaint I have is I only got 1 key fob for the vehicle. I have always received 2 for every other car I bought. If this was known prior to signing all the papers, I would have negotiated this as getting one made by the dealer costs over $400.00
