Kunes Buick GMC of Oak Creek

I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overland from Kunes Buick GMC of Oak Creek and worked with Nick Bratkowski. I live over 300 miles away but Nick made the entire process smooth. We were able to finalize a deal over the phone before I made the trip down. He even sent me a detailed video of the Jeep so I knew exactly what to expect and gave me a fair trade in estimate based on photos of my vehicle. After the purchase there was a small issue with an aftermarket lighting setup but Nick had the Jeep brought in the very next day and had it fixed at no cost to me. He was professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The only downside was learning that to qualify for the Kunes “No Fear Lifetime Guarantee” all service has to be done at a Kunes location which is not possible for me since I am over 300 miles away. However, I did get the extended bumper to bumper warranty that I can use at any ASE certified shop which gives me peace of mind. Overall Nick went above and beyond and made the buying experience worth the drive. Highly recommend working with him!

Honestly came in here not expecting much. Credit in the toilet, had a hard couple of years. Just had a kid. And to boot my car was slowly breaking down on me. I came in expecting a slightly newer vehicle maybe 05-08, cuz mine was a ‘03.
