What kept me in the door was their personal and zero pressure assistance and determination to work with me and not just make a profit. As a combat veteran, values and the courage to express them politely matter to me. Thank you to the management Eric and Andrew for letting me leave with a new truck despite some needed items, Neil in finance, and my dealer-Jerrimiah who was the newest of them and even the porter who I saw wearing a Navy Veteran sweatshirt. They all individually played a part in my mental decision to purchase my next 10+ year mode of transportation which I always live my life in and out of: hunting, truck bed tent, cross country trips to visit my kids, vacations, and work. Hello. I usually don't do this. but I wanted to share my experience because the way I was treated at this dealership was awful and unacceptable by far. Long story short, I was looking for a 4xe Jeep locally at Kunes. I found the one I wanted and realized it was located at the Wisconsin location. Personally I thought it was worth driving for, so me and my kids drove over 200 miles there. I was working with the Financing guy ' Jason ' he stated many times I was approved I just had to come pick up the vehicle. He texted me the night before and said ' its all charged up and ready for you and we have everything set for when you come in tomorrow '. The next morning, he double checked to make sure we got on the road okay and were still coming. After 3 and a half hours we get to Wisconsin and the second I sit down they bring up a Jeep Compass ( a truck I would have never drove for or even applied to because personally I don't like them ) as if he knew I wasn't approved before i even got there, obviously. He then tells me I'm not approved for the Jeep I was ' approved ' for and told me I am approved for the Compass and that one only. I think for a company that is very UNPROFFESIONAL and uncalled for to do to ANYONE. Jason himself never came over to apologize or to even fallow up with me. So, after a 6 hour drive and to not even get an apology put the cherry on top for me. * THIS IS JUST A HEADS UP FOR ANY FUTURE BUYERS TO BE AWARE AND NOT MISLED *

Ben has been great to my family. He’s helped my sisters, my mom & I all get great cars! I have low credit, but had a 5 grand down payment & he helped me & my children get into a great car with low miles! We are so grateful.
