I purchased a BMW X5 from a Christian For a reasonable price, whenever you buy a used vehicle, you’re gonna have to show some love and invest some money into it. I call it preventive maintenance. Just to make sure it continues working as it should for years to come. Surprisingly the oil change and tuneup was already done lol which is rare but I never been to coons before so maybe that’s just something they do standard. They really put time in love into the vehicle before selling it. Instead of just taking it in as a trade-in and just getting rid of it. It looks like they actually ran it through their service department put love into it. They did a tuneup oil change then they sold it. That was awesome. Then I was able to sell it and give the oil and everything that have offer from AutoZone to the customer. Let him know when it’s time for a tuneup and oil change. You already have all the stuff. Selling a good product to good people really makes a big difference. You’re a lot of bad stories about car dealerships however this one was a pretty good experience if I ever get back to selling cars, it will have to be with a car family like this amazing team even at the tower at the desk. Did my research, narrowed down the dealerships and chose Kunes based on reviews of “excellent customer service “. They did not disappoint! Friendly, knowledgeable and fabulous hosts! My salesman, Mitch, took my special circumstances into consideration and was successful at pulling me away from a vehicle that I thought was perfect. Kudos to Mitch. I am extremely impressed by the speed at which the sale was conducted and I truly appreciate how Mitch kept me informed.
