I’ve been nothing but disappointed with my experience with Kunes. I got a car less than a year ago. When applying for my loan they attempted to over charge me 900 dollars over the amount they quoted and I was approved for. After getting that settled and getting my car It was great until a couple weeks ago. Every single warning light came on in my car I got it in to get it checked out and they told me everything was fine. So I kept driving and two weeks later my car broke down and gave me a bright red transmission warning and told me to do an emergency stop so I did. I got my car towed over. And than while discussing the issue Jess in the service department also refused to listen to anything I had to say. And then proceeded to scoff and hung up on me after I apologized and expressed my frustration after being told multiple different stories and the problem never being solved.

I highly reccomended this dealership. I drove around 3 hours to get here and would do it again. Prices are very good, great customer service. Cody (as pictured) was very attentive, helpful, honest and made my experience stress-free and very easy.
