I dont like to be this way but im looking out for other customers. I recently started taking my truck to them. I had a fuel tank flushed, ive had an oil change, fuel filters changed, coolant resevoir replacement, and new keys purchased from them, no issues. Yesterday (12/12/25) i took my truck back to them because my heat hadn't worked since they replaced coolant resevoir. They changed out my cab filter and claimed they ran tests and did what they could to remove possible air in coolant lines. Their mechanic claimed he checked and ran tests and heat wasnt any better but the air flow was better. He concluded that i needed a $1700 heater coil replacement. I told them my heat worked fine before they replaced resevoir but they continued insisting my heater coil needed replaced to repair my heat. I paid for the cab filter and left. I took my truck atraight to Auto Bar in Dubois and let them know what happened and where it happened. In 20 minutes my heater coil was tested and had no issues, my heat was working and the air was rwmoved from my coolant system. That is not how you run a business. I will not be taking my vehicle back there and i will no longer recommend them

Wouldn't recommend taking anything to them for service. You're better off throwing parts at it yourself!

Dealing with Kuntz Motor Company was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. They work hard to make sure you get a good deal. They are straight forward and honest with every part of the deal and there is never no pressure.
