Excellent experience. From the time I called to make an appointment for my 2009 Ford Focus, which is coming up on 100,000 miles. I wanted it to be thoroughly checked over. I spoke to Mike in SERVICE about what I want done, he was very helpful answering all of my questions and suggesting how to handle certain aspects of the service. Both of the courtesy car drivers. Craig and Frank were professional, pleasant and safe drivers. My Service Advisor, Jarrin, Kept me well informed, and answered any questions I had about additional work to be done to the car. And it’s like a new car, it made noise and shook quite a bit. After having the motor mounts, and sway bars replaced it rides smooth/quiet. Great experience and I found the Lincoln Aviator that I was looking for. Jeff Romero and Craig Jackson were both excellent to work with with. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and greeted my wife and me when we walked in. It was a great experience from start to finish. I almost changed to the Nautilus after signing and Jeff was very accommodating even though it would not have benefited him. We stayed with the Aviator and we love it.
