Been running after them to fix the fuel gauge in the 4Runner that is covered under the extended warranty I purchased. Called them on January 28th and it’s May 15th, I’m still trying to get it done but 4 months feels like they try to evade their warranty obligations. I’m always the one who has to call to figure out what is going on because even they don’t seem to know. I would not recommend, or be careful when purchasing their products and warranties. I will also be writing to Toyota Canada to understand why this keeps happening at this dealership.

Don’t keep there end of the deal. We agreed they would deliver my truck do to a health issue on my end. Once I made full payment NO finance. They backed out on the delivery .. I paid 702$ out of pocket to get my truck home. Unprofessional. Will never sell me another vehicle

I dealt with a person by the name of Fabrice. I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I live in Ontario but was willing to take a drive down there. They simply told me that their inventory is for QC customers only. I have owned Toyotas and this is very disappointing. They didn't even bother to call me. I will take this from Toyota Headoffice.

They promise me parts, my car stayed at the mechanic shop for several days on lift because it was a drive shaft. They mentioned to me that I could not order it anywhere else but I got part somewhere else from another Toyota dealer. They charged me 10% for the part that they never sold me. These guys are criminals avoid dealing with them. They will argue even if they're wrong.

Satisfied with the Service department especially with Mr. Michel Clermont. He made sure I left very satisfied. Kudos to him. I went to the Service 3 times to fix my Tacoma tailgate that crackles while driving. No solution. Mr. Michel Clermont clearly identified the problem on 26 November 2024 and solved it. He's a great guy!
