Secondary and most recent edit: In my most recent visit, I actually found everyone to be having a surprisingly pleasant day and will chalk up the previous past two interactions to individuals probably having a bad day. Edit: the first time I visited no one called me when I ordered a part. The second time, even when I say I’m going to follow up their reply is well that person no longer works here. We will see what this post is updated too after my third visit, but legitimately trying to give them a chance as a new local who started visiting about a year back which is why I hadn’t been back since that second visit on 11/28/25. Original post: I’ll be updating this review after my follow up appointment, but for now I wanted to let everyone know that they should come here ready to battle. When I asked my advisor, HENRY, how he knew that I needed a Parts replacement, he said, didn’t you see me plug in the scan tool even though the truck was outside and I was waiting inside. If this is the way customers are being spoken to, I would never recommend this place to any of my loved ones. However, and more importantly, I hope everyone has a blessed day and recognizes challenges as opportunities to practice patience, or develop resiliency. Exceptional Service And Care — A Dealership That Truly Goes Above And Beyond I recently brought my Chevy Silverado in for routine maintenance at La Quinta Chevrolet, and I was absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism of the entire team. This was, without a doubt, one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. The level of care began with Kit in scheduling, who was helpful and efficient in getting my truck booked. However, the true standout performance came from my Service Advisor, Henry. Not only did Henry ensure that all of my routine maintenance was completed flawlessly, but he also managed to expertly troubleshoot and repair an emergency issue that came up while I was traveling. To have such a critical, unplanned repair handled swiftly and competently, particularly while I was on the road and away from home, was remarkable and prevented a serious travel disruption. This was a real blessing. The great customer service continued right through the pick-up process. Scott handled the final paperwork and warranty information quickly and efficiently, making the payment and exit seamless and fast. With such great work and a quick turnaround I was traveling and back on the road without delay. The combination of world-class mechanical work and truly outstanding customer service from Kit, Henry, and Scott makes La Quinta Chevrolet my new go-to Chevy Dealer. I recently purchased a Chevy 2500 truck from La Quinta Chevrolet/Cadillac on December 31, 2025, and had a great overall experience. I was in a bind and needed to purchase a truck last minute. I worked with Isaac and Eduardo in sales, and both were extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Isaac was my primary salesperson and stayed with me until everything was completed, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Miguel in finance was also excellent to work with. He, along with the sales team, worked patiently with me to help reach the right numbers. After that, Leo in finance finalized everything and took the time to walk me through all the terms and paperwork in detail to ensure I fully understood everything. His patience and professionalism really stood out. Since I had to wait a few days before picking up the truck, Dan and Mike from the service department made sure everything was properly prepared. They were very communicative and ensured my vehicle was fully ready and that the pickup process went smoothly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with La Quinta Chevrolet/Cadillac. I went into the dealership and spoke with Sergio. He was my Sales man. I told him I looked at a car on CARFAX and he said OK and he grabbed it when for a test drive came back to the paperwork and I drove home. It was a great experience at La quinta Chevrolet. I recommend that dealership. Great people.
