I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment and lower control arm replacement, it came out with 3 new problems that according to them are unrelated (VSC down, PCS down, 4wd not working due to overheating of the front differential oil). They claim since it's unrelated they can't do anything about it. 2 stars for the good side : the alignment is good and runs smoothly in 2wd.

Great Service! I got my vehicle inspected for a Vehicle Registration. Inspector Mike and Marcus found that I had a worn brake pads and rotors and told me that my vehicle is not safe to drive especially that I will go for a long drive. I did replaced the pads and rotors and returned to them and the inspection passed. Very helpful and kind staff from reception, to Service department and as well the mechanics. Highly recommended for vehicle inspection!

I would avoid this location at all costs. I towed my vehicle here on May 11, 2018 for warranty work on my front end. I asked them to perform a full inspection and oil change while looking for the issue. I received a call 5 days later to tell me what they found. I was told they had fixed a few issues, but that my truck would need upper and lower ball joints replaced on both wheels and that they could not get me an appointment until June 6th. I told them I would leave the vehicle until June 6th because it would be unsafe to drive the vehicle back to Churchill Falls, 2.5 hours away. On June 4th, I received a call saying that the technician they had booked for me was unable to perform the work required and that they could get someone in over the following weekend to do the work. I advised them that my truck was already left on site (they had no idea my vehicle was left there) and they told me that it would be done some other time during the week. I called back on Friday morning, June 8th to advise them that I would be picking up the vehicle on Saturday and to ensure it would be complete. They said that they needed me to call back within 45 minutes to ensure that it would be completed. They then called back after 30 minutes and said it would not be complete until Monday June 11. (One month after I had the vehicle towed to that location). This morning I called over and informed them that I would be travelling over to pick up the truck. They told me the truck was ready, but that I had a $190.02 charge to remove a lift kit. They did not call in advance to inform me of the charges and made me pay before picking up the vehicle. In the end, I had to take a day off work to drive over 250km to pick up the vehicle which was at This location for over a month to replace two upper and two lower ball joints. And in the end, it costed an additional $190 that they did not inform me of. I will never return to Labrador Motors, Lab city. I will do all my servicing in Goose Bag or better yet, on the island.
