This was my first time buying a car over the internet without test driving the car. Buying experience was exceptional! FaceTime with sales and seen everything about the car. Loves it. So I completed everything online and gave them 5 day notice to the hour the time I would pickup vehicle. A plane flight and a car rental later car was not ready. In detail. So I was stuck paying additional day car rental. Car was not detailed. Basic car wash, and handed car keys. So post sales experience was poor! But still a great car for the price!

The sales manager reached out, had me come back in, and made things right. Huge thank you to Logan (Sales Manager), Rick (Finance Manager), and Madicyn (Sales) for making the swap so smooth and stress-free. What started as frustration turned into me driving away with the car I really wanted. Now I’m beyond happy—and honestly obsessed with my car 😊 Highly recommend this dealership for how they take care of their customers!

My wife and I purchased a new car at this location and the sales consultant ( Deonte Scott) was amazing. He answered every question we had. He never lied about what he could do for us and even went out his way to find out our needs before and answered and verified everything we asked for before saying yes he can do that. Once he had everything we needed, he contacted us with an answer of YES he can provide what we asked for. He was very honest, understanding and knowledgeable. Deonte was very patient with us and we appreciated that. The finance manager was very helpful and straightforward. He answered every question before we signed on the dotted line. If I could make a commercial for this dealership for free, I'd do it because that's how happy we are. When we picked up vehicle, it had a bow on it ready to drive away. I worked with Mike Greenwald at Lafontaine Cadillac in Highland. It was a great and easygoing experience. He answered all my questions and added in some complimentary aspects into my experience. He even told me more about what I needed to get done to my vehicle, which I would’ve never known if I hadn’t went to get service at this dealership. They had a very nice shop and bistro area that was decorated and very clean, making my waiting experience nice and enjoyable. There is great food there! I would 100% recommend this service to all my family and friends!!

Loved my experience at LaFontaine Cadillac in Highland. I had one of the easiest seamless trade in experiences that I've had over the weekend. I was extremely nervous to switch to electric, but Jacqueline gave me the best run down of my new vehicle and knew all of the features that wowed me. She truly is the Cadillac Queen! This is my 3rd time out of 4 leasing a new Cadillac and Jacqueline is the best dealer I’ve ever had. I’m so happy I moved closer to where she is now, and will forever lease from her as long as she stays at Cadillac forever!
