Scheduled an appointment for 6/19 for an oil change via the Chevrolet app. I then received a notification that the appointment was canceled. I rescheduled the appointment on Saturday 6/20 because I figured it was canceled due to the holiday or something beyond my control. I spoke to the service center today and was told they don't have me in the system for today's appointment. The appointment is scheduled in the app and it says my appointment is confirmed in the inbox portion. My job schedule is hectic and the only solution they had was for me to wait until Monday 6/22 for a scheduling coordinator. Unacceptable!!! Thank God I called before going because I am a hour away! I'm highly upset to be treated this way after I purchased my vehicle from this location. I now have to use another dealership close by and will no longer be returning here or referring anyone else.
