LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Walled Lake

1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND ! If you’re looking for a nice reliable vehicle please look elsewhere! My loved one recently purchased a 2020 jeep Cherokee February 2026 from LaFontaine Dearborn and less than 2 weeks later it started over heating. After taking it back to the same dealer to be serviced we were instructed to take the truck to LaFontaine Walled Lake for servicing and that’s when everything went from bad to worst. 1st they kept they the truck for over 4 months and in that time they’ve (walled lake) constantly contacted us about other services to be completed outside of what the warranty would cover in which case we told them “No thank you only do what the warranty cover.” Well after all that time 4 months to be exact these people did not service anything that the warranty covered charged us $600 deductible for a oil leak and change , and then proceeded to tell the warranty specialist that it looked like we took it to and amateur mechanic and that we declined any and all services even the wiring services that was causing the overheating that the warranty covered! If you value your time money and sanity do not purchase anything from these dishonest people.

From the moment we started talking, he was attentive, caring, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for me and my family.
