LaFontaine Ford Grand Rapids

I had a very close call with my van and passengers traveling through Grand Rapids to Blanchard Mi. I had 4 of 5 lug nuts shear off with one left on. It was during afternoon rush hour on 131 just after exiting on to 77A. I was towed to your business as I requested. It was closing time. Totally unaware of the damage done. I was a wreck , I broke done more than once because of the situation and my experience on the road at the time. I had 13 adults on board and a baby. My vehicle had just been professionally serviced in Wi. at a different Ford dealer as before. You dealership not only did their best to try calm me, they took care of all my passengers. Very kind, very courteous. The shop guys were awesome as well as the salesman who greeted and took care of us. There was also another gentleman involved who was so gracious and kind. He made sure I had pictures of my tire and rim. The professionalism was just outstanding. They all did what they said they would do " We'll take care of you" mere words but a lot of power in them. The shop guys and your staff stayed over to ensure we got back on the road. I felt so safe when we drove away. I knew the work had been done to the standards you expect of your business. From sales to the cleaning people. Nothing was not noticed on our part. I even text the gentleman that sent me the pictures and if you could have got a rim in on time before I had to head home, I would of drove back down to have it all put back together without driving home on a spare tire. I highly recommend your business to anyone hands down. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

The Service Department here is absolutely outstanding. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. A huge thank you to RIVER for the excellent communication and for prioritizing my repair needs. Replacing my headlights ended up being way more complicated than expected, but he never once made me feel like it was too much or too difficult. Big shout out to Ethan, Braedan and Richy for stepping in to help and for being exactly who they are, sweet, caring, honest and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. This whole team runs full throttle, and I am more grateful than ever to have them in this service department. It is people like them who make everyday tasks so much easier. They deserve a raise, praise and a whole lot of acknowledgment.

I purchased my Bronco (new) from a different local dealership. One tire has always had a slightly lower pressure than the others and they could not figure it out. I even had Walmart investigate it for me. No luck. The team at LaFontaine Ford not only found the issue, but were able to successfully repair it at a very minimal cost. Thank you for being attentive to my issue.

Took 2 days for my vehicle to get looked at even though I had a scheduled appointment. Within 2 weeks of the appointment my engine splash guard was noticed hanging down nearly dragging on the ground from where the mechanic broke it to assess the vehicle.
