First time coming to this dealership and I left with a car of my dreams for a price I couldn’t believe thanks to Cassi. She took so much time to help me as far as financing with the bank to the price I could afford. Not only was she so personable, but she checked up on me after I got the vehicle to make sure it was everything I hoped for. The atmosphere was comfortable and I felt so welcomed when I walked through the door that put my nerves to ease. Buying a vehicle is typically so exhausting- but I was in and out in no time. Didnt get my truck back the way i dropped it off, it was washed and all windows cleaned, get it back nasty and windows scratched and very dirty and things spread across my backseat. Thats not how i left it at all and salt on my door sills from them leaving window down and snow/salt melting and dripping inside of the window track on the inside of my truck.Id leave 0 if i could. This isnt the first time my trucks come back damaged from them

If you want to buy a used car and don’t care if they detail it then buy from LaFontaine. If you want to buy a car that has outstanding recalls that have not been repaired then buy from LaFontaine. If you want to help a dealership reach their monthly sales goals and don’t care that you are just another number then buy from LaFontaine. My 5 year old granddaughter could have detailed this car better than LaFontaine. They are a quantity over quality dealership.
