Hands down this is the best Hyundai dealership in Michigan! Niel and the manager Christina M provides top notch, honest, above and beyond Customer Service Experience. I had a major issue with my vehicle. It was covered under Hyundai Warranty. I originally thought it was going to be a huge hassle to make a claim on the Warranty, because lets face the truth a Warranty sounds great until you make a claim which typically means the fine print had some type of clause where your claim will be rejected. We'll guess what not only is the service excellent but the stood ten toes down on ensuring everything about my experience was covered through the Warranty and they communicated every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience with Hyundai and the Livonia Dealership. They honestly care about your experience. They honestly care about getting the job done right. I would give them 20 stars if I could and do a commercial about this dealership that GETs it Done RIGHT! FOREVER a Fan of Hyundai Livonia! Honestly unpaid review and experience. Joseph was my salesman and he was phenomenal. He was extremely welcoming to me and my family and answered all of our questions and concerns with a smile. He made sure I got the perfect car for my situation and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress free. Ask for Joseph! Also, Zach the general manager is great as well and was extremely friendly and helpful through the process.

My trip back to the dealer was because they didn’t fix it right the first time. I was very grateful to have a loaner for the repeat repair, but they gave it to me dirty (see photos), and I would think they’d go out of their way a bit being that it was a repeat visit. They got it fixed - and I’m grateful for that too, but the key ring to my own car had a tag on it that said “wash”, so I was expecting that they washed my car and my Faith would’ve been restored, but no car was on my car either. So far so good on the repair, and the staff is always very nice - I just was hoping for more effort since it was a repeat repair and for 3 years I’ve taken my car here for every bit of maintenance service.
