I just bought a 2026 Subaru Forester from LaFontaine Subaru today, and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave a review as soon as I got home.👏👏 This purchase meant a lot to me because the color I wanted—River Rock Pearl—is very popular and hard to find. Before coming here, I had a really frustrating experience with another Subaru dealership closer to my home. I was initially quoted a price I was happy with, only to arrive two hours later and be told the car had already been sold, without any prior notice. After that, I was told they could “locate” another vehicle, took a deposit from me, and scheduled a delivery date. The next day, I was again told the vehicle wasn’t available. That experience left me extremely disappointed and honestly made me question whether I even wanted to buy a Subaru anymore. Then I found LaFontaine Subaru online and reached out as a last attempt. Alexandra responded and was incredibly helpful—she agreed to match the price I was offered elsewhere and even held the vehicle for me for a day. I was worried it might turn into another disappointing situation when I arrived at the dealership, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Alexandra and the finance manager Joe made the entire process easy, transparent, and genuinely pleasant. There was no pressure, no frustration, just professional and friendly service. I ended up getting exactly the car I wanted at a price I was very happy with. I would absolutely recommend LaFontaine Subaru to anyone looking for an stress-free and trustworthy car buying experience.

Alexandra made this experience insanely easy. She is so kind, open and easy to be around. She brought us immediately good vibes, never pushed a sale and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be connected with, ESPECIALLY for buying a car. I really wanted to work with a saleswoman and genuinely couldn’t have asked for better. She also had my husband and I pick good vibes cards and mine will forever live in my car because it is so perfectly fitting. I love Alexandra so much that she even helped name our new car. Please ask for her if you’re at all intimidated by this process.

Coming in to take care of a recall and an issue with the cigarette socket on a Saturday morning. I was well received and my car was taken in right away. 20 minutes later, an inspection video was sent to me on the issues, and another 10 minutes later a message was received saying that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The whole process was efficient and timely.

I had a really great experience with everyone that helped me get my dream car but especailly Alexandra! They really do treat you like family, from offering beverages to sharing pictures of their cats! 5 stars would recommend to go see Alexandra!

My car was starting to die and so I needed a car pretty bad. Read some things about Subaru and it was a brand I was interested in. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Alex Ostoin. A kind, helpful, and professional gentlemen who was so helpful with picking out the right car for me. He took the extra time to hear my concerns and answer any questions I had. All the people there were just fantastic from the manager Nick O. To the finance guy Jake everyone was just lovely. The car I got I do enjoy and will be excited to enjoy it for many years to come.
