When I first contacted Toyota of Lagrange from the receptionist down to my salesman, Alan V I was greeted with great customer service! When Alan and I first started talking, I told him my situation and what I wanted and he went straight to work. He worked with me with numbers paperwork, even down to delivering my car all the way from Lagrange to Carrollton, which is a 50 mile plus trip I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership as well as my salesman Mr. Alan V 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone looking for a great reliable car trustworthy people to this dealership thank you guys so much!! Called about getting a new car. I told the salesman Justin Phillips what I wanted and he immediately went to work. He helped me get into a nice suv within my price range. He was very helpful and listened.He reached out to me for updates on my plan to purchase. We were in and out within no time. Stephen the finance manager was very nice also. I purchased a Sequoia from LaGrange Toyota in 2007 & had it serviced there all those years. Recently I decided it was time for a new ride! Alan Vazquez was my contact sales person. Alan was patient in explaining all my questions and helping me find a Highlander. I had a number of questions after the purchase and he was helpful every time I called or went in. Recommend Alan Vazquez highly because he is polite, and most helpful in every way. Also, I would like to recommend the service department at LaGrange Toyota.
