I live out of town and reached out as I was interested in a car they had online (2026 Buick Envision Avenir). Steven was quick to get back to me, personable and super friendly! I arrived and he had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me to look at. He explained everything he was doing and made the process super smooth and easy! Looks like my husband is going back tomorrow for something else on the lot that caught his eye ;) Thanks so much for making this such a stress free and enjoyable experience. We have bought many a vehicle over the years but our experience with Laird Wheaton Nanaimo was one of the best ever. From our first encounter with a salesperson to the last handshake it was a fabulous experience. Our salesperson Dave was so helpful, we looked at a lot of vehicles and I asked a lot of questions about the differences between them and he answered or looked up and compared the differences on his phone to show me. The information gave us what we needed to make our decision. They did not have a colour that we wanted so we looked at different options and found one that Dave and the wonderful dealership manager worked on getting brought up. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and made the whole experience a breeze from the first contact to signing all the paperwork with Kristine it was a pleasure. Neither of us ever wanted a black vehicle but seeing that 2026 Canyon AT4 in all its shiny black glory sitting in our driveway makes me smile. We are so happy with our decision and this is the perfect vehicle for all our needs. It is a delight to drive, handles beautifully and sooo comfortable to ride in. If you are in the market for a new vehicle ( new or used) this is the dealership to go to. Great people, great service from start to finish. Can’t recommend this dealership enough, go see for yourself and if you are lucky you may get to have Dave as your salesman to you will have a great experience and may find yourself smiling at your new vehicle too! I bought a used truck from Eric at this dealership. He was awesome to deal with listen communicate.. he guarantees his word for an example gave me a 30 day warranty on my battery and he honoured it. It came with one key one fog he got me a new key a new fog awesome people.
