Eric and Jeff were absolutely amazing!! Super helpful, straight to the point, no "typical dealer games", made sure we got into the vehicle we wanted. Saying that, some people clearly just don't research the vehicle they want before buying to see common issues with that make and model. Sorry my experience was not so nice ! Buying was easy and eric was very nice and professional! But that’s where it ends! I had so many issues with Chevy Silverado I purchased it quickly became a money pit. It got so bad I named the truck Christine anyway they weren’t willing to help much and eventually it cost me an extra $5000 my good deal became a nightmare with no end. I even tried trading it back in with but they didn’t want it back! The story ends with me going down the road to get a Dodge Ram and yes losing more money on the Chevy but I don’t have to look at check engine lights anymore more! So please buyer beware ! And buy a warranty if you purchase any vehicle from lake city exports
