Called to book an appointment for an oil change but was told just to use express, they assured me they would have an off make filter in stock for the next day. When I came by the tech, Shawn, had the filter out and ready, he had 3 cars in front of mine and still was able to complete the work quicker than quoted, he took the time to educate himself on my off make car which I really appreciated. Excellent experience thanks to Shawn. Also shuttle service was efficient and easy.
