Just bought a 2026 Ram 1500 from Ramon at Lakeshore CDJR. It was the QUICKEST and LEAST stressful car buying experience of my life. Ramon H. showed me only what I wanted to see and never tried to push anything else on me. He showed me a breakdown of exactly what I would be financing before any agreement was made. Brandon, the sales manager, was honest about all the costs associated and immediately made fair adjustments to my concerns with no pushback whatsoever. AJ, in finance, somehow made my (long time) credit union’s loan terms look borderline criminal. I didn’t even know interest rates could be this low! He had everything secured before I even stepped foot in his office. I’m still kind of in shock from getting exactly what I wanted with an absurdly low interest rate and an equally (or possibly more) absurd number of dealer incentives. Lakeshore CDJR’s incentive discounts and rebates beat EVERY other dealer I looked at within 100 miles, making these luxury vehicles affordable to the everyday average American. From the time I arrived on the lot, to leaving in my BRAND NEW truck, couldn’t have been more than a couple hours. It was TRULY top notch service, from good honest people, start to finish. A very refreshing experience after having only dealt with slick and dishonest sales/finance people at my last 4 auto purchase experiences (3 other dealerships in the area). I will definitely be back and will make sure anyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle, goes to Lakeshore CDJR.

I had an excellent experience at Chevrolet. The entire process was smooth and quick from start to finish. I went in on Friday to complete the paperwork, and by Saturday I was already driving off the lot in my 2023 Kia Sportage. Paris was incredibly helpful throughout the process—she communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Mr. Anthony, the finance manager, was also outstanding. He worked hard to get me a great deal and made the financing process easy to understand. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Hey ima be honest I know a lot of ppl/companies/what ever claims the feat impossible possible I mean I tried so many dealerships but was denied due to not enough credit history and man I needed a new car asap the car I had was a 2006 Hyundai Sonata not the best but it made due to many issues I can’t afford to keep up plus had a branded title now I tried selling ppl said I wasn’t worth much like 55-100$ 159,000 miles on it even if it ran good/decent wasn’t worth much these ppl here though made the impossible possible and got me in a Camry 2023 27,000 miles low insurance with full coverage and I’m only 22 they help me all the way and answer all my questions even if I done asked the same questions with respect and a smile made you feel safe and like everything is covered mind you this my only sec car now and the way it looking going be a long time till I have 2 get n my 3rd appreciate yall for helping me out #the impossible possible Old car vs new car
