I had a really solid experience with Lakeside Auto Brokers overall. The customer service at the dealership was great, and Ed went out of his way to help me get into a truck. I genuinely appreciated how easy he made the process. After I got home to Denver, I did run into an issue with the truck. The shifter knob went out shortly after purchase, which was frustrating. But to their credit, the dealership followed through and sent me a check to cover the repair cost. That kind of accountability goes a long way. It turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a positive one. I’d definitely work with them again.

Great dealership. I worked with Miguel who made sure to understand the price, vehicle type, and use it wanted from my new work van. Showed me the vehicles I asked for and went above and beyond finding another vehicle better suited for me in my situation.

It was a very great experience. The seller me. He attended very well and I had a good deal with him. Thank you. Anything buy cars. There it is recommended.

Good salesmen and finance people. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste when I bought my truck and they gave it to me completely out of gas. Asked about it and was told they "don't have a fuel card". Great way to ruin a otherwise decent car buying experience right at the end. I'm afraid this speaks for the values of this business, once you sign your papers they could care less. Update: +1 star. Good follow through, they got back to me quickly to get a new battery and solve a ford "mykey" issue (IYKYK).

I was driving by and noticed some nice Ford F-150s, so I stopped by to check them out. Before I even parked, an employee was already walking out of the dealership to talk to me about what vehicle I was looking for. These are some very efficient employees, and Shawn Cantrell was able to provide me with all the details and information on some great trucks I was looking at. Great dealership and great employees at this place!
