My experience here was nothing short of incredible. Drove 3 hours, walked in straight after work and was treated with respect regardless of my appearance. Ella Emery and Cody Burns helped me buy my dream car. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family for future car purchases.

Tyler was fantastic to work with. He took the time to FaceTime me and walk through the C8 in detail, making sure to show every angle and inch of the car so I could get a clear and accurate view of its condition. I really appreciated how thorough and particular he was throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Their financing team was also top notch and incredibly easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and great communication from everyone involved. I’d absolutely work with Tyler and the team again.

I would like to send a Huge Thank You to Ella (Sales), Cody (GM) and the entire staff at Lakeside Huntington Chevrolet for making my recent Vehicle Purchase Smooth and Quick. I live 5 hours away in Illinois so it wasn't practical for me to drive over to look at and hopefully negotiate a deal.. Cody had Ella send me a 2 min video of the Interior and Exterior showing all the Options and the Condition of the Vehicle. We worked through all the details over the phone and through Emails. Once an agreement was reached, they worked with my Local Credit Union to secure the financing. I picked up a check on Thursday and then made the 5 hour drive to Lakeside Sat. morning, arriving at 10 am. Vehicle was detailed and sitting out front ready to go (Even had a Red Bow on it as I had requested to surprise my Wife). After a quick walk around, I went inside to sign the papers they had waiting for me and I was on my way home at 10:30 am. Vehicle was everything they said it was and I was Very Happy with the whole Experience. I would recommend checking with them on your next vehicle purchase needs

After speaking with Allen Miller, we were led to believe a vehicle was in a specific condition that met our expectations. Based on those representations, we secured financing, obtained insurance coverage, took time off work, paid for a rental vehicle, and drove approximately three hours to Indiana to purchase the car. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the vehicle was not in the condition that had been described to us. We respectfully asked whether there was any flexibility on the price due to the condition concerns we observed. At that point, Allen brought out Casey Costello. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, Casey became visibly frustrated and dismissive. We were told that we did not know what we were talking about, and the interaction quickly became uncomfortable and unprofessional. As potential customers who had invested significant time and money to make this trip, we expected a much higher level of respect and customer service. After deciding not to move forward with the purchase, we began our drive home so we could return our rental vehicle on time. During that drive, both Allen and Casey repeatedly texted us in an apparent attempt to pressure or guilt us into returning to the dealership. This only added to an already frustrating experience. If you are looking for the stereotypical “car salesman” experience, this staff displays this behavior, perfectly.
