Best experience my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. We went in to look at a car, and within 15 minutes Sara already had it warmed up and ready for a test drive. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. After talking with her for about 20 minutes, we knew we wanted the car. She then handed us off to John to help with the sale, and he was just as great, very easygoing, transparent, and pleasant to deal with. There were a couple of delays with pickup, but the team was straightforward about everything and kept us updated every step of the way, which we really appreciated. When we picked up the vehicle, it was extremely well detailed and looked fantastic inside and out. Overall, Sara and John were fantastic to work with, and we’re extremely happy with both the service and the car. We both highly recommend Lakewest Ford.

I had a great experience buying my Ford F-150 Tremor from Lakewest Ford with Sarah Patania. I needed to upgrade my truck with specific towing capability and a particular setup, so I had a lot of detailed questions before I was ready to pull the trigger. Sarah was great to work with, quick to respond, answer questions, confirm the truck’s history and configuration, and made it easy to book test drives and compare options. No pressure, no runaround, just straight answers and solid service. On the finance side, Hamad Muhammad was very helpful. Even though I ended up self-financing, he took the time to walk me through the warranty options and explain what was available, without any pushy sales vibe. Overall, the service level from both Sarah and Hamad was super.
