I brought my mower in for specific, clearly requested work. When I picked it up, I was charged for additional services that I did NOT authorize or ask for. When I raised the issue, the service technician just apologized and kept claiming that’s what he was told to do. Not sure why they sent me to the service technician instead of straight to a manger. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should never be charged for services they did not approve. Communication and consent are basic expectations, especially at a dealership where labor costs are high. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing upfront and double-checking invoices before paying, and keep tabs on them as they work on your piece of equipment. I will not be returning, and highly advise you to take your equipment elsewhere to get worked on!
