I had an incredible experience buying my urus. I bought the vehicle sight unseen and Tomasz was there every step of the way. He was communicative, responsive, and a great ally the entire process. I purchased a 2023 Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica with 470 miles on the odometer from this dealership. The purchase process was relatively easy, although there were a few hiccups with communication/getting questions answered. I arranged for shipping of my car to Texas (to which I feel there was a bit of attitude because I didn't use their shipper). The salesman verbally told me they would full the gas tank up as it was empty and that they use 89 octane (which I questioned because Lamborghini does not approve using such a low octane and was told "they use it all their high end cars, and it wasn't a problem". The car arrived and upon the first drive, there was a check engine light. At the end of the day, the tank had to be drained, and the O2 sensor had to be replaced by my local dealer in Texas. Lamborghini Ohio tried to deny and lie about it even though my salesman told me exactly what they did. They made no consolation due to me being without my car for almost 10 days as a result of their negligence. I made multiple calls to their VP of sales and he wouldn't even return my calls. I was also to receive a warranty for the ppf that was applied to the car and they would not return my calls even though I requested it many times (it was to be included in the sale agreement). I have owned 3 Lamborghinis and this will be the first and last that I buy from this dealership. 4/17/25 Follow up:: Per the managements reply, they have not followed up with a resolution on their neglegence. To make matters worse, I recently had to replace a tire and discovered that the tool to remove the lug nuts was missing. The car was CPO'd and should have been delivered with the T80 tool. I called the dealership, spoke to sales and several days later, nothing! This has to be the worst dealership in the USA.

Bad service!! We been here few time to purchase the car. We got the Porsche and now we came back to buy the Lamborghini. And this is a last time, we here to buy the car. They treated you not right. I thought this is big dealer and all the expensive car, they have to work like professional. But it’s not…. At first, they took your deposit $5000, while they run credit check, then they said they will contact you if you approved. We were waited in 2 week (no call, no text). Then we end up to called them, and they said they already sold that car to someone without tell you anything. And said because they’re got hack to all their systems. That’s ridiculous!!!! After that, they trying to tell my husband they had another car. So he gave them another chance. Then he got the Urus 2024 last month. So after all, i ask them the deposit, they not included to the down payment. They said, they will send the check back to me. (Well, if i don’t ask, they don’t say anything) Ok fine, we got the car and been waiting 3,4 week now but still not received my deposit check. So my husband text them and ask, and now they ask for the deposit receipt. ?????
