Kevin Tartaglio was absolutely outstanding as a salesman! He was on our level, easy to communicate with and did all he could to make sure we had answers for every question. He was relatable and kind! My husband is already excited to go see him again when he needs a new truck! The rest of the group there was wonderful as well. Made our process quick and painless! We will use them again for sure! Not to mention it was only 25 mins from our house!

Updated: Sales was an amazing experience! Don’t recommend buying pre owned. I asked if all systems were functional and was told they were and they were not. AC did not work in my truck and when I called within 90 days for a diagnostic I was provided à $1,300+ dollar repair bill. They refused to cover the repairs. Told me they would reach out to Toyota and I never heard back from them. I refuse to bring my truck back to this location even forgoing the free oil changes. Severely disappointed.

Im currently going through some things so I cant go all out on my explanation of my 1 star but I will say it has to do with harrassment, threats, fraud, deceptive practices, they ended up charging me 25,999 for a vehicle with a Fair Purchase" Range: $19,500 – $22,500 (depending on condition and options like the Sport Appearance Package) but also had several things wrong with it even tho small issues there were a few of them and 1 being a safety issue they are taking care of the issues but the GM will not xonsider a monetary settlement for the threats harrassment and othe poor behaviors from the sales people. Oh and because I was in a tight spot with my personal owned vehicle being unroadworthy they tacked on 4000 dollars extended warranty 20% apr and at the end of the loan I will have paid 53k for a 22k at most truck with 695 payments it feels like they could be a decent dealership but I think thay need to replace they're sales people

Great Dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Second car we have purchased from the same salesman, he is that nice. Other staff even greet us by name.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Nicole and Donny were super helpful and had everything ready when we arrived !
