Our sales person, John, got our fresh 18 year old daughter into a 2025 Corolla. This car will see her through her 20s and so many adventures, safely! As part we can stop worrying, will she break down. Job treated this 18 year old with respect and listened to what she wanted and needed. The finance manager, Chris, got our daughter, who Equifax did not know yet, financing with some tricks he knew - all legal! We will never shop anywhere else. Keeping it local is important. These people will see us at a Food Lion and have To look us in the eyes. I can’t say enough.

The sales process was fine. What I am most disappointed in is the status of the used vehicle, once I got it home and was able to take a closer look. Battery at end of life. Oil leak around the oil filter (needed new gasket). Clearly had paint overspray all over the car. Tires worn to the tread marks. And the car had a smell to it - when I pulled the cabin air filter, I could see why. It was nasty - looked like it had never been changed. None of this was shared on the listing or from the salesperson that I asked to give them car a preview before I drove all the way down. Very disappointed.

I really appreciated working with Spencer and the service department. Both are wonderful and honest. Id highly recommend them. Loving my 2018 gmc sierra denali 3500.
