I had a great experience buying my car from Lancaster Motors. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. The car was exactly as described and in great condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Lancaster Motors to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and great service.

We began using Lancaster Motors in the spring of 2025 and, over the course of the summer, spent over $1,500 with them on vehicle service, tires, and UTV tires and maintenance. Because of that history, this experience was especially disappointing. On September 11, we brought my son’s car in for routine tire service. During that service, a lug stud broke while their technician was removing the wheel, but we were not told about it at pickup. We discovered the issue after getting home and contacted Mike, the owner, immediately. Mike acknowledged in writing that the stud snapped during removal and said they would take care of the repair. The repair was completed, and the car was returned to us with no invoice and no communication that there would be any charge. Weeks later, in early November, we were shocked to begin receiving statements with finance charges, despite never having received an invoice at any point. We contacted the shop to understand why we were being billed for a repair that resulted from damage during service and was never discussed, authorized, or approved as a paid repair. During that phone call, Mike was aggressive and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation worse. We also followed up multiple times by email, which historically has been our only form of communication with the shop, but received no response. Despite those unanswered emails, we have continued to receive past-due statements with additional finance charges added. We understand that mistakes happen, but billing a customer weeks later without an invoice, adding finance charges, and responding aggressively when questioned shows a lack of communication and professionalism. It’s especially frustrating that this entire situation has escalated over a $64.85 charge. Given this experience, we will not be returning for future service.

Buying a car at Lancaster Motors was a smooth and positive experience. Mike and Colten were straightforward, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process. The vehicle was clean, well taken care of, and exactly what I was looking for. Got some tires put on and balanced and they had them on and done in 20 mins tops! I highly recommend! Also got an amazing deal on the tires!
