I had an excellent experience buying my new Tacoma at Lancaster Toyota. I worked with Kelly from internet sales over email and telephone to put the deal together and to take my initial deposit. I then met my salesperson Dorota Karauda who worked with me to submit my credit application and to get the truck added to my insurance. Reuban worked the financing like a real pro and be has a really cool DocuPad system to make signing all the documents and finalizing the paperwork a breeze. Dorota then helped me setup the Toyota app and get my Android Auto working on my Samsung phone and my new Tacoma. Dorota also took time to show me all the features and functionally of my new truck. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back here to buy my next Toyota! Oh, and my new truck was very nicely detailed and kept in the garage until I left with it. It looked amazing! The entire Lancaster Toyota team did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Last year we had a negative experience with a salesman when trying to purchase a vehicle but we decided to give this location another chance since they had the vehicle we wanted & we’re so glad we did! I had the best experience with my salesman Richard Schulz! He is so knowledgeable, took his time to explain so many details about the 2026 Corolla Cross I was looking into (and bought!), made time to meet with me each time I requested a meeting and more! Richard is the most patient and kind car salesman I’ve ever met. Crazy, I know. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and made sure I knew he was available to help even AFTER the purchase was made. Exceptional customer service! The rest of the staff I encountered, (I believe Jermey for my trade in and Reuben for my financials) I also experienced great customer service! 5/5 would recommend Lancaster Toyota but 10/10 would recommend requesting Richard!!

Everyone at Lancaster Toyota was great! We had a fantastic experience with Kevin S, who just sold us our most recent Toyota. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable, and made sure the whole process from start to finish was smooth. We live about 90 minutes from Lancaster Toyota and it was well worth the drive for our new 4Runner. We saw the listing online at a great price, confirmed it was available and made an appointment to see it. We were able to take our time with the decision while feeling confident that we were making a good choice. Highly recommend, and we would definitely return when we need our next Toyota. Thank you!
