During my most recent visit, the mechanic provided a detailed video walkthrough of my vehicle, explaining the assessments and recommended repairs—something I’ve never experienced elsewhere and truly appreciated. They also made the process incredibly convenient by offering a ride service while my oil change was being completed. When I later noticed a dashboard warning light, they responded quickly, provided a loaner vehicle, and made sure everything was thoroughly checked. Even though this location is the furthest from my home, it’s well worth the trip. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall customer care are unmatched. I was originally referred here when I first got my Defender, and I’ve stayed ever since for good reason.
