I had a great experience at Land Rover Greenville. They were helpful and fair with me from the start. They got my trade done very quickly and painlessly, answered all my questions and accommodated all my needs. I am enjoying my first experience with a Range Rover and I intend to be a repeat customer when the time comes.

Car salesman, Zohaib, was beyond amazing to work with. He is not only professional but extremely personable. He made my car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my car and the deal we settled on. I highly recommend purchasing through Land Rover. Their staff is kind, friendly, and a joy to work with. Shout out to Adam in financing and Ashanti, the new hire. They both added to my lovely experience!

I dread the car buying experience. The search for the vehicle is challenging enough, but then there’s the dealership experience itself, which requires clear communication and trust which takes a long time. My recent experience at Land Rover Porshe of Greenville was outstanding! The salesman and manager were professional, communicated clearly and followed through on their promises to deliver exceptional customer service and a high quality vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to contact them for vehicle purchases.

Service was fine after it was done. Ben was friendly and professional. It’s a shame it takes 3 weeks to get a service appt, and then takes 6-7 days after dropping off my Range Rover just to get a tech to look at it. If this is your primary vehicle better get a backup. Seriously rethinking buying another one….. I get way better and top tier service from my GM vehicles dealers. Hope they fix the service dept delays soon, it’s been on going for years !

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had in the United States. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a 2023 Range Rover from this dealership online in late October. They took my trade-in Audi, sold it before the sale was even completed, collected my down payment, and arranged financing with Bank of America — yet delivered the car to me with absolutely NO documents at all. No title. No bill of sale. No registration. No temporary tag. Not a single piece of paperwork. Just a key. For an entire month I was left with a $100,000 vehicle that I legally could not drive, while THEY kept telling me “we are working on it” and giving me completely different excuses every time I contacted them. Meanwhile, I had no car to drive, because they had already taken and sold my Audi. They also falsely claimed I had “no insurance” (I had full insurance since the day of delivery), and even blamed delays on a $6 toll payment — which had nothing to do with their failure to complete the sale properly. Only after I opened a formal dispute with the bank did they suddenly start rushing to send registration paperwork, a full month late. This dealership shows: •   zero professionalism •   zero accountability •   zero transparency •   complete disregard for the customer after the sale is done If you value your time, money, and sanity — AVOID this dealership at all costs. They made what should have been a simple purchase into a month-long nightmare. I strongly recommend purchasing your Land Rover from ANY other dealer but this one.
