I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Landrover of Knoxville. I was an out of state online shopper. The dealership responded quickly to my email and connected me with the salesperson, Matt who walked me through the process. I purchased a used vehicle that was very competitively price, good enough to drive 4 hours to pick up. I had my financing in order so a down payment was sent. I told Matt that I'd be at the dealership at 9am on Saturday and he was there waiting on me with a car that was freshly washed and ready for my test drive. The process of signing papers with the finance manager went really fast, no high pressure sales of warranties or anything else. A pleasant experience all around.
