Land Rover Lakeland

I went to this dealership hoping to buy a car, and my salesperson, Mr. Randy, was an absolute godsend. I have zero complaints about him — he was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the sales manager Bryan was a completely different story. I’m not sure if the disrespect I received was because I was a woman shopping alone without my husband, or if this is simply how he treats customers, but from the very beginning he was extremely rude. I came in knowing exactly what I was comfortable spending. I was also fully aware that I was upside down on my current vehicle and that the remaining balance would need to be rolled into a new loan. When I mentioned that another local dealership had offered me significantly more for my trade-in, he immediately started bashing the other dealership and told me he didn’t care what they offered because my car was “WORTHLESS.” That is completely unprofessional and not something you say to a potential customer who is considering spending a large amount of money at your business. Things only got worse when I pointed out that the vehicle price they presented to me was higher than the advertised online price. The vehicle had been listed at one price for two days, and then about 30 minutes before I arrived at the dealership, the online price changed. When I questioned it, he claimed it was due to taxes and fees, which I understand — except the vehicle price on paper was still higher even before taxes and fees were added. The final straw was when I decided not to purchase the vehicle and went to leave. Mr. Randy went to inform the manager that I was leaving, and the manager outright refused to come shake my hand, pretending to be busy despite the dealership being completely empty at 6:45 PM — just 15 minutes before closing. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Randy if you choose to visit, but based on my experience with management, I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership overall.

Bought a C8.R Edition Corvette and had a very honest, straightforward experience at Jaguar Land Rover Lakeland. The process was smooth, and everything was handled in a direct and professional manner. Tony was welcoming and helpful, Overall it was a transparent experience and deserving of a 5-star rating.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Randy Tag. Our salesman was absolutely amazing - patient, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we wanted and answered every question thoroughly. He made what’s usually a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re shopping for a car, do yourself a favor and work with him, you won’t regret it!

I had a very frustrating experience with Jaguar Lakeland, specifically working with Randy. I traded in a vehicle with an active Florida plate and left the dealership with that same plate on my BMW, with no indication that anything was wrong. At no point was it communicated that my plate would not be transferred. A month later, I was unexpectedly mailed a brand new plate and later found out my BMW had been registered to that new plate instead. I was actually pulled over for driving with plates that were not registered to my vehicle—completely unknowingly due to how this was handled. On top of that, this mistake has now forced me to spend additional time and money correcting it. I have to go to the DMV to fix their error, and I also have to pay to update and renew my residential parking pass since it was tied to my original plate. I am also in the process of moving out of state in May, and this has created unnecessary complications and additional costs that should never have occurred in the first place. This is a basic part of any car transaction. I had a trade-in with a valid plate, and there is no excuse for failing to process a simple transfer or clearly communicate what was being done. I left the dealership believing everything was handled correctly, only to deal with the consequences weeks later. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here, and I would strongly caution against working with Randy based on this experience. Purchase was March 2026.

One of the best Jaguar service centers I have ever visited; the customer service is top tier; from checking in my vehicle to receiving it after being serviced; every aspect was top tier. I had very extensive service done to my vehicle and it was completed and return to my home in less than 24 hours. The turn around time was superior and the valet/concierge service was outstanding almost unbelievable that Lakeland Land Rover offer this great service. Lakeland Land Rover actually delivered a loaner vehicle to my home free of charge using the valet service; just outstanding. To add one more level of high class experience about the location; all of this was done on a short notice. Also I want to extend a very big thank you to Mike in the service department; your attention to detail made it all possible and the fast work of the mechanics made it seem like my car had never had and issue because it was repaired and return in less than 24 hours.
