Dennis was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions, everyday leading up to the pick up day. The facility is beautiful and everyone was so nice. I felt comfort during the transaction. I would recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to check out this place. My experience was wonderful.

Everyone at the dealership is attentive & knowledgeable. The service dept is great, very accommodating. They answered all of my questions and were great at helping us find the right vehicles, yesterday we purchased our 3rd Land Rover vehicle from them, Jeff Scher has helped us each time and I couldn’t ask for more. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Paul Miller JLR, now Land Rover Parsippany. On both occasions I had a great experience, one a vehicle on site I inquired about, another a custom order to spec. Both also from a fantastic saleswoman who is sadly no longer with them, the most recent of which was a Defender Octa I ordered in December and took delivery of earlier this month. However, my new salesman Gene reached out to me as soon as my new vehicle arrived at the port in Baltimore and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He was very attentive keeping in communication throughout and providing updates. He expertly handled the delivery (actually coming in on his off day to accomodate my schedule), payment, my plate requests and the trade-in of my 4yo Range Rover Sport SVR. The onsite LR product specialist was also wonderful and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly went over all the features and infotainment functions on my new vehicle that differed from my old SVR. Lastly, the service department here is also excellent and despite Parsippany being a bit of a hike for me from Bergen County, I still make the trip. Purchase and Service here with confidence. The staff in every department is professional, friendly and courteous. 5 Stars.

I purchased a BMW X7 from Chad Drake at Land Rover of Parsippany, and it was a great buying experience. I purchased the vehicle remotely without seeing the X7 in person. Chad sent me several videos upon request and describe the condition of the vehicle perfectly. The negotiation and entire buying process were very smooth (no hidden extra fees), and Chad was always available to answer any questions. He referred me to a carrier to transport the vehicle, and it was half the price of any other quote. When I received the X7 it was exactly what I expected.
