Outstanding Integrity and Transparent Service I have visited the Land Rover Princeton service department three times now for my 2020 Range Rover Sport Autobiography, and the experience has been absolutely top-tier every single time. My first visit was for a standard oil change and battery replacement, which the team handled quickly and professionally. My second trip was to address a check engine light; they accurately diagnosed the issue, replaced the thermostat However, my third visit is what truly sets this dealership apart from the rest. I brought the vehicle in for a four-wheel alignment after having some new tires mounted. The service advisor brought out the measurement printout, walked me through the numbers, and explained that the geometry was actually just a hair off and still mostly well within factory specifications. To my absolute surprise, they did not charge me a single cent for the alignment! It is remarkably rare to find a service department with this level of honesty. They easily could have charged me the standard $269 alignment fee, but they chose integrity instead. If you are looking for a Land Rover service center that respects its customers and delivers flawless care, look no further. Highly recommended!

I've never been so happy with a dealership before I had a Jaguar here and now I own a Range Rover . Trish has been absolutely amazing taking care of me. I was having a rough week but the service that I got and how easy they made everything and then giving me a detail on my car is over the top. I told my friend the other day this is the reason why you spend a little extra money and get a good car because the dealership knows how to treat the customer. The actual service that I've gotten the last few times there isn't even five stars. It's like 20 stars.. When my coolant was low, I pop in they fill it up for me. I had a problem with my battery, They grabbed the car from me took it for a ride to see if everything was OK without even an appointment , I'll never buy another car anywhere else. A lot of people do reviews because they're asked to do reviews, but not me. I just wanted to let people know how great this dealership was, and they deserve a great review.

Great car but pick another dealer. Unfortunately, poor quality service and customer care at this dealer: on a new model Range Rover, a defective steering wheel needed to be replaced. The next day while driving, a bolt fell out of the steering column onto the floor!! Alarming to say the least! Further repairs were needed and wasted a huge amount of time for me as a customer. In the process, the service rep minimized the issues with no safety concerns, apology or makeup for the poor experience and time wasting.

WOW!!! What an amazing buying experience I just had at Land Rover Princeton! Words alone cannot express how impressed and thankful I am to Joel, Jimmy, Frank, Mike and Nolan for their exemplary customer service and genuine desire to exceed my expectations from the moment I walked through the door to the next day when I called Joel with a follow-up question after the sale. This team surpasses all others in the biz and it's no wonder they have received so many accolades and awards.
