I was dealing with Ms.Halie and she was courteous, friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find that and a dealership dealerships, especially at the service or the parts department. So far great experience at the Midlothian Land Rover. I drove from northern Virginia because of their service.

The third time ive been to this dealer. I only go there to deliver cars to them. The people ive dealt with have been smug. The 2 i found in the show room were flirting so hard between each other, they didn't even know I was there. And at 6ft2 and 300lb , im alot to hide. Im not one that generally leaves bad reviews, but damn. Do better.

Every single associate was very polite and accommodating to me even under unfavorable circumstances. The morning of my appointment most of their technicians called out of work but my car was still serviced as promised in a timely manner. I felt informed on the entire process due to the outstanding customer service and it made my experience of taking my car to get serviced for the first time memorable.

I bought a used Land Rover and wanted to have a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Everyone was great, up front with the price and easy to schedule with. Highly recommend!

Land Rover of Richmond has a first-class service department! I recently dealt with Jeff Brunk after the rim was damaged on my new Range Rover Sport causing damage to the brake caliper. From my first call to picking up the vehicle, Jeff's service was unmatched! He kept me in the loop and went the extra mile to get my car completed as quickly as possible. I had pre-ordered the brake caliper and it was found out that it was back ordered with a several month lead time from the UK. They were able to find one at a dealer in Texas saving me from having to make another 3 hour round trip to bring the vehicle back. I would also commend all the rest of the staff at Land Rover of Richmond for being friendly and welcoming! I was impressed by how quickly all calls I made to the dealership were answered and I was never sent to a voicemail.
