Land Rover Shreveport

I bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 with 15k miles. The tires are almost on the wear bars. The underside has rust and oil residue. I towed a trailer with my 1/2 ton pickup to tow home with the new truck and quickly found out it had no bump stops. They were replaced with airbags, and the compressor was removed, so I had to put a fitting on and carry an air compressor around to manage the airbags. I didn't get a second fob to start the vehicle and wasn't told about it until the paperwork was signed. Staff have not tried to make anything right. Shame on me for not being more diligent. But I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time and never had an issue like this. I tried to cancel the purchase that night, but the staff left right after the paper signing and wouldn't come back. So what do you do? Leave the key in the truck you just financed, drive hours away, and hope they do the right thing? So I loaded up my truck and have a 70,000 dollar lesson from it.

Christian was the BEST from my first random phone call because we had not ever owned a Range Rover to the delivery of the vehicle. He was very accommodating and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. He wasn’t pushy and found exactly what we were looking for! We love our new vehicle and highly recommend Land Rover in Shreveport and Christian to anyone!!!
