Was in need of a truck and my boss suggested this dealership said he had been using them for years. I got with them and they helped me find the truck I was needing and helped me through the whole car buying process. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around . They are very professional and will help you find what you're looking for at the price you can afford. I'd suggest Lander's to anyone looking to buy a vehicle !

It was our salesman's first day, and you would have NEVER guessed it! Told him what we were looking for (third row seats), he went and got me a gorgeous Durango and a Journey and the keys to both. Told him I have a thing with "ugly" colors (SwampBottomBrown Tahoe we own too), he went and got me a OliveShitBrownGraySunsetGreen Dodge Journey, and an hour later I drove it home! We are moving from this area, but it will be worth the drive back just to have this dealership again!

Called to see if I could get my Jeep looked at. It threw a code. Something is wrong. Just to get it LOOKED at. They said a week to two weeks to even look to see what it's for! What is wrong with Dodge/Jeeps that service is so behind?

Hello, I would just like to leave you my experience today at your Southaven Ram location. This is the second time to this location and everyone in the service department still looks so miserable. No greeting, Good Morning, just "what are you here for?" I made an online appointment last week. Explained in detail what it would like fixed or looked at. When I got there, I intended to leave my pickup until it was explained I couldn't get a ride home because the guy who gives the rides was on vacation. I thought I will catch an Uber. Then the ASM told me that the person who does electrical, who is the one who needs to look at my pickup, is on vacation and it will be two weeks until he can look at my vehicle. I would need to leave it there the entire time. I asked about making the appointment ahead of time online and they stated that only holds my vehicle's place in line. Not sure I understand why I even used your website leaving detailed descriptions of what I needed done and no one even looked at it. I left the property and will look for other options as I should have listened to the reviews about the service at this location being so poor. I will cross-post and tag this feedback so hopefully no one else ends up wasting their time with proprietors who do not heed customers feedback. Thank you for your time.
